This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal data on the "Murzius" platform (mobile app and website). We operate as a platform connecting dog owners (Users) with service providers (Salons).

2 Data Collected and Its Purpose

We only collect data that is essential for providing our services:

  • Account Data Name, surname, email address, phone number. (Required for identity verification and communication).
  • Pet Data Name, breed, weight, age, health features, or behavioral notes. (Necessary for Salon preparation).
  • Booking Data Type of service, time, price, visit history. (Necessary for contract fulfillment).
  • App Usage Data Device ID, IP address, crash reports. (Necessary to ensure stability in accordance with Apple requirements).

4 Data Transfer

"Murzius" acts as an intermediary, therefore your data is transferred to:

Salons: Your name, phone number, and dog's data are shared. The Salon becomes an independent data controller from the moment of transfer.

Also to technology partners (Google Firebase, Stripe, Apple Analytics) and law enforcement agencies as required by law.

5. Storage Period

Data is stored as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.

Account Deletion

You will find the "Delete Account" function in the app settings. Once pressed, all your data will be irreversibly removed from our servers in accordance with Apple's security standards.
